- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of workers’ compensation and nurse case management sales experience preferred.
- Experience with CRM tools like Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy for the assigned territory.
- Drive full-cycle sales from lead generation to closing.
- Manage a pipeline across payors, employers, and TPAs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams on messaging and solutioning.
- Build high-trust relationships with key insurance and healthcare stakeholders.
- Support client onboarding and coordinate with Account Management/Clinical teams.
- Provide regular field feedback to Product, Marketing, and Executive teams.
- Monitor regional trends in managed care and value-based care.
