  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of workers’ compensation and nurse case management sales experience preferred.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategy for the assigned territory.
  • Drive full-cycle sales from lead generation to closing.
  • Manage a pipeline across payors, employers, and TPAs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams on messaging and solutioning.
  • Build high-trust relationships with key insurance and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Support client onboarding and coordinate with Account Management/Clinical teams.
  • Provide regular field feedback to Product, Marketing, and Executive teams.
  • Monitor regional trends in managed care and value-based care.
