Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within transportation, logistics, supply chain, or related industrial markets.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth in solution-based sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
  • Experience selling integrated technology solutions (hardware, software, services).
  • Knowledge of RFID, industrial AIDC technologies, or IoT solutions.
  • Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, and OEMs.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders across operations, engineering, procurement, and IT.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for the transportation and logistics sector across North America.
  • Build, manage, and convert a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Engage directly with logistics providers, shippers, 3PLs, and enterprise supply chain organizations.
  • Establish and support a strong partner network including system integrators, OEMs, ISVs, and technology solution providers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through closing.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive developments.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
