Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within transportation, logistics, supply chain, or related industrial markets.
- Proven success driving revenue growth in solution-based sales environments.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
- Experience selling integrated technology solutions (hardware, software, services).
- Knowledge of RFID, industrial AIDC technologies, or IoT solutions.
- Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, and OEMs.
- Ability to engage stakeholders across operations, engineering, procurement, and IT.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for the transportation and logistics sector across North America.
- Build, manage, and convert a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Engage directly with logistics providers, shippers, 3PLs, and enterprise supply chain organizations.
- Establish and support a strong partner network including system integrators, OEMs, ISVs, and technology solution providers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through closing.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive developments.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
