Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in account-relationship management or business development in the energy market.
- 1 year of experience developing regulatory strategies, marketing communications and customer relationships.
- 1 year of experience leading sales and customer engagements.
- 1 year of experience with Salesforce or GoogleSuite.
- Demonstrated ability managing a sales cycle and meeting sales goals.
- Ability to collaborate with executive, product, marketing, and customer success teams.
Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of the distributed energy resources industry to deliver aggressive sales plans.
- Grow and develop a team of Sales Directors.
- Identify and nurture relationships with large commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
- Deliver against quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Manage sales team activities through internal CRM systems.
- Drive best practices across the organization.
- Use data to track progress toward goals.
