Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer education, enablement, client success, or training.
- Proven experience designing and delivering live, instructor-led learning.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience presenting in virtual environments.
- Excellent program management skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex product workflows into clear learning outcomes.
- Experience managing digital customer journeys or nurture campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Gainsight (CTAs, playbooks, journey orchestration).
- Experience in SaaS or B2B software environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and improve digital client lifetime journey touchpoints within Gainsight.
- Build and maintain automated communication cadences and CTAs.
- Own the roadmap for post-onboarding live learning programs.
- Host and facilitate live learning sessions including webinars and bootcamps.
- Partner with internal SMEs to develop and maintain curriculum and training materials.
- Manage program logistics and session calendars.
- Define success metrics and dashboards for learning and outreach performance.
