Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer education, enablement, client success, or training.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering live, instructor-led learning.
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience presenting in virtual environments.
  • Excellent program management skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex product workflows into clear learning outcomes.
  • Experience managing digital customer journeys or nurture campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Gainsight (CTAs, playbooks, journey orchestration).
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B software environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and improve digital client lifetime journey touchpoints within Gainsight.
  • Build and maintain automated communication cadences and CTAs.
  • Own the roadmap for post-onboarding live learning programs.
  • Host and facilitate live learning sessions including webinars and bootcamps.
  • Partner with internal SMEs to develop and maintain curriculum and training materials.
  • Manage program logistics and session calendars.
  • Define success metrics and dashboards for learning and outreach performance.
