Requirements

  • BS or BA degree.
  • 5-7+ years of professional experience in consulting, technology services, or client success.
  • Experience working in or with renewable energy, utilities, and grid services or adjacent industries.
  • Experience with demand side management and demand response programs and implementation methods.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to describe complex, technical topics.
  • Analytical and creative mindset with experience in data analysis and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain client/partner relationships.
  • Experience managing multiple high-priority projects in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within an enterprise software/SaaS organization in the energy space is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Central Region’s P&L and drive ARR to exceed targets.
  • Implement account growth strategies and serve as the primary escalation point for client issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives for growth and efficiency.
  • Manage the implementation of new demand response programs across utility clients.
  • Track renewals and upsells and report on key utility program metrics.
  • Provide timely solutions and recommendations to ensure program success.
  • Support contract and SOW negotiations with utility clients and partners.
