Manager, Partnership Success- Health Plan

Build and own day-to-day health plan relationships to proactively manage product delivery and service expectations.
Represent the voice of the Health Plan internally to ensure strategic partnership requirements are met.
Drive partnership and group retention.
Support the development and execution of Annual Strategic Account Plans.
Identify and drive internal cross-functional initiatives for service and partnership outcomes.
