Requirements:

B.S. in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) required; advanced degrees or completion of a pharmacy residency are preferred.
Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in pharmacy, managed care, or the PBM industry.
Must hold a current U.S. Pharmacist License.
Strong business acumen.
Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Able to motivate and empower teams.
Comfortable in fast-paced and evolving organizations with a willingness to be flexible and pivot when needed.
Excellent at prioritization, scoping, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Product and Engineering teams to execute and improve pharmacy solution initiatives.
Program and project manage teams to effectively initiate, plan, execute, and monitor various initiatives impacting the Transcarent experience.
Troubleshoot operational issues and problem solve independently and efficiently.
Actively communicate with solution sponsors, vendors and stakeholders.
Develop presentation materials on solution specific concepts.
Partner with other sales leaders to create and implement strategic marketing.
Collaborate with external and cross-functional partners to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the solution initiatives.
Identify new viable solution strategies in response to client and marketplace needs.
