Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in developing web and mobile interfaces on Force.com (Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning).
• Experience with modern open-source libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Track record of resolving integration issues and developing with Salesforce APIs.
• Proven experience in establishing Salesforce development best practices and design patterns.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data structure and flows.
• Experience in an agile development environment and leveraging Salesforce for rapid innovation.
• Technical leadership skills to provide guidance to other developers.
• Experience with secure development best practices (SAML and OAuth) and compliance with HIPAA.
• Salesforce Certifications: Admin, Platform Developer I and II, Javascript Developer I.
• Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect.

Responsibilities:

• Establish the Salesforce architecture working with business analysts and developers.
• Collaborate with product engineering, operations, and clinical teams to create consensus and strategy.
• Collect business requirements, document designs, and implement features.
• Serve as a technical lead throughout the development lifecycle from ideation to maintenance.
• Set up a solid servicing platform and design an API-driven integration with mobile and web applications.
• Ensure best practices are followed for a stable Salesforce environment.
• Drive architecture to meet agile needs while preparing for scalability.
• Design, develop, and manage software through the whole SDLC.
