Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree; master's degree or higher in a health care or business-related field preferred.
• 12+ years related experience required.
• 5+ years people leadership experience.
• Expertise in cancer care required, including an understanding of the complexities of Cancer care.
• Experience with innovative cancer solutions providing digital health services preferred.
• Experience with strategy development in healthcare solutions and launching new solutions.
• Knowledge of payers and their key success drivers.
• Deep knowledge of competitive landscape and innovation drivers.
• Ability to direct market research to understand stakeholder needs.
• Technology fluency in articulating technical needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and respond to client, Member and partner needs, and develop a differentiated suite of Cancer solutions.
• Design, implement, and oversee the cancer solution and future enhancements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team while guiding cross-functional partners to achieve program goals.
• Manage the P&L of the cancer solution, ensuring financial health and profitability.
• Influence the strategic direction of the cancer solution roadmap.
• Drive pricing strategies to enhance market traction.
• Provide marketing collateral for GTM teams.
• Lead decision-making regarding partnerships and compliance matters.
• Foster growth and innovation with existing partners and develop new relationships.
• Align stakeholders and work cross-functionally to achieve industry-leading performance.
• Responsible for core KPIs including Market and Member Adoption, NPS, and clinical outcomes.
