Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or client strategy roles.
- Background in a SaaS or technology-driven environment preferred.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, pooled portfolios using scalable methods.
- Strong understanding of client lifecycle, risk mitigation, and stakeholder retention.
- Proficiency with CRM or client success platforms such as Salesforce, Totango, and Zendesk.
- Demonstrated comfort using data to assess client needs and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience with automation or scaled communication platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage post-implementation client relationships with a high focus on standard client goals.
- Execute mid-contract value realization touchpoints including usage reviews and roadmap check-ins.
- Monitor engagement and usage data via Totango and Salesforce to proactively track account health.
- Manage renewal preparedness, contract strategy, and negotiation for assigned accounts.
- Capture and share client success stories and feedback to inform product development.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify and co-lead cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
