Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or client strategy roles.
  • Background in a SaaS or technology-driven environment preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, pooled portfolios using scalable methods.
  • Strong understanding of client lifecycle, risk mitigation, and stakeholder retention.
  • Proficiency with CRM or client success platforms such as Salesforce, Totango, and Zendesk.
  • Demonstrated comfort using data to assess client needs and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience with automation or scaled communication platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage post-implementation client relationships with a high focus on standard client goals.
  • Execute mid-contract value realization touchpoints including usage reviews and roadmap check-ins.
  • Monitor engagement and usage data via Totango and Salesforce to proactively track account health.
  • Manage renewal preparedness, contract strategy, and negotiation for assigned accounts.
  • Capture and share client success stories and feedback to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and co-lead cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
