- Support critical MongoDB roles through strategic passive talent sourcing
- Provide full lifecycle recruitment support for technical and non-technical positions
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Support equitable and inclusive hiring through stakeholder education
- Conduct talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and focused pipelining
- Build and evolve long-term candidate engagement strategies
