Responsibilities
- Facilitate pre and post-onboarding support for new social media clients.
- Launch, maintain, and optimize paid social campaigns to achieve client goals.
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver detailed campaign reports.
- Manage a portfolio of clients focusing on retention and growth.
- Collaborate with Social Solutions Managers to ensure alignment.
- Execute process improvements in social media workflows.
- Support Media Buyer communication.
