Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for high-impact revenue roles.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and senior management.
- Develop creative candidate sourcing strategies for sales talent.
- Manage pipeline metrics and leverage sourcing tools.
- Refine and optimize hiring workflows for a world-class candidate experience.
- Act as a strategic advisor to sales hiring managers.
- Provide market insights, compensation trends, and data-driven recommendations.
- Participate in and lead special projects or recruiting initiatives.
