Requirements
- 3+ years of experience recruiting sales talent in a high-growth, fast-paced organization.
- Proven success identifying, attracting, and closing high-performing or “top 1%” sales professionals.
- Strong sourcing skills with a creative and resourceful approach to talent pipeline development.
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong persuasion, persistence, and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent roles and priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior business leaders.
- Ability to operate with urgency, adaptability, and a strong focus on both candidate and client experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles, from sourcing and outreach to offer negotiation and close of top-performing candidates.
- Partner closely with sales leadership, including Regional Managers, VPs, and executive stakeholders, to understand hiring needs and act as a strategic talent advisor.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of high-caliber sales professionals across the US market.
- Proactively engage and “sell” opportunities to top-tier candidates.
- Manage multiple concurrent searches with strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the interview and selection process.
- Track recruiting metrics, evaluate performance data, and continuously refine strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
