Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions including engineering, product, design, operations, customer success, and go-to-market roles.
  • Drive top-of-funnel strategy through outbound sourcing, referrals, networking, events, and creative candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct structured, high-quality recruiter screens that assess technical and non-technical talent.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and refine hiring strategies.
  • Manage candidates through the end-to-end interview process, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
  • Represent the organization externally to attract and close top-tier talent.
  • Contribute to a high-performance recruiting culture.
