Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth technology environments.
  • Proven track record of hiring software engineers and engineering leaders across US or global markets.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, engineering org structures, and software development environments.
  • Experience with compensation negotiation including equity packages and competitive offer management.
  • Ability to analyze hiring funnels, market data, and talent trends to inform recruiting strategy.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with executive-level stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments requiring adaptability and ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and R&D roles, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality engineering talent across distributed teams.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer negotiation for engineering and technical roles.
  • Act as a strategic partner to engineering and product leadership, aligning hiring plans with long-term business and product goals.
  • Build and execute data-driven sourcing strategies and global talent pipelines for highly competitive technical profiles.
  • Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and pipeline analytics to hiring managers and talent leadership.
  • Manage complex offer negotiations including equity, compensation alignment, and candidate closing strategies.
  • Drive process improvements, hiring efficiency initiatives, and operational excellence across the R&D recruiting function.
