Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles
- Partner with Regional Managers, Regional VPs, and the CRO
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies
- Pursue top candidates and position opportunities
- Manage multiple priorities with organizational finesse
- Collaborate with interview teams
- Track metrics and pivot as needed
