Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, or Business Operations
- Experience in high-growth or consulting/enterprise environments
- Proven zero-to-one experience building sales operations frameworks and forecasting systems
- Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools)
- Experience with pipeline analysis and dashboard creation
- Experience working across contract lifecycle processes, proposals, and deal structuring
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with senior stakeholders
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and make data-driven decisions
- Problem-solving skills including risk management and conflict resolution
- Background in startups or high-growth environments preferred
Responsibilities
- Build and own the end-to-end Sales Operations function
- Design scalable systems and processes to improve pipeline visibility and deal velocity
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytical models
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, BizDev, and Delivery teams
- Support deal execution including proposals, pricing, and contract workflows
- Identify and drive improvements across revenue operations and go-to-market efficiency
- Lead cross-functional coordination of the full sales lifecycle
