Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, or Business Operations
  • Experience in high-growth or consulting/enterprise environments
  • Proven zero-to-one experience building sales operations frameworks and forecasting systems
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools)
  • Experience with pipeline analysis and dashboard creation
  • Experience working across contract lifecycle processes, proposals, and deal structuring
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and make data-driven decisions
  • Problem-solving skills including risk management and conflict resolution
  • Background in startups or high-growth environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the end-to-end Sales Operations function
  • Design scalable systems and processes to improve pipeline visibility and deal velocity
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytical models
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, BizDev, and Delivery teams
  • Support deal execution including proposals, pricing, and contract workflows
  • Identify and drive improvements across revenue operations and go-to-market efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional coordination of the full sales lifecycle
