- Lead end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, keeping a people-first culture in mind
- Create recruiting plans to grow the candidate pool for current and future hiring needs
- Proactively search for passive candidates on various job platforms
- Develop and implement innovative, scalable global sourcing strategies, including outbound campaigns, talent mapping, and community engagement
- Partner with Hiring Managers, Interviewing panels, and People Ops to create the best candidate-centric experience
- Keep ATS Greenhouse organized and up-to-date for tracking key hiring metrics
