- Build Fluxon’s sales operations program from the ground up, including sales goals and forecasting, frameworks, processes, and feedback loops.
- Identify high-impact growth opportunities across pipeline, conversion, sales productivity and revenue performance.
- Assist the sales team in the review, revision, and administration of client proposals and contracts.
- Design Fluxon’s sales operations to improve lead flow, accelerate deal velocity, and improve win rates.
- Own sales operations success end-to-end, including defining metrics, tracking, reporting, and performance.
- Lead cross-functional execution of the sales process across Sales, Biz Dev, Marketing, Finance, Executives, and the Delivery team.
