- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Substantial experience in complex consultative software and services sales.
- Recent and sustained over-quota achievement.
- Demonstrated career stability.
- Basic understanding of contracts and terms & conditions.
- Excellent presentation skills for executive and individual audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Prepare and present business plans to Sales Directors.
- Collaborate with Account Executive and Customer Success Managers on retention and upgrades.
- Follow up on new business opportunities.
- Respond to qualified RFPs.
- Build executive relationships and sell within IT and non-IT business units.
- Plan and coordinate sales activities, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Manage complex sales situations and large projects.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts.
- Negotiate standard and non-standard terms and conditions.
