Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in employee benefits or insurance.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a sales territory.
  • Advanced territory management and strategic planning skills.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 50% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan with annual sales targets.
  • Deliver customized presentations to brokers and prospective clients.
  • Plan and conduct client seminars and in-person meetings.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance and report progress to leadership.
  • Document sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Manage existing broker relationships to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Attend regional conferences and industry events.
