Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in employee benefits or insurance.
- Demonstrated success in managing a sales territory.
- Advanced territory management and strategic planning skills.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to travel locally up to 50% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan with annual sales targets.
- Deliver customized presentations to brokers and prospective clients.
- Plan and conduct client seminars and in-person meetings.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and report progress to leadership.
- Document sales activities in Salesforce.
- Manage existing broker relationships to uncover growth opportunities.
- Attend regional conferences and industry events.
