Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B field sales
  • 2+ years managing a quota-carrying team
  • Experience in cannabis, beverage, CPG, or a regulated three-tier distribution environment
  • Deep familiarity with Northern California retail and dispensary landscape
  • Fluency with CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Valid CA driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Existing relationships with California licensed retailers and buyers
  • Experience launching or scaling a brand within a distribution book
  • Demonstrated success leading through change

Responsibilities

  • Deliver monthly and quarterly revenue quotas for Northern California
  • Submit weekly rolling 30/60/90-day forecasts
  • Maintain 3x pipeline coverage across the team
  • Conduct weekly field ride-alongs with reps
  • Manage rep performance through 1:1s, scorecards, and evaluations
  • Design and maintain written territory plans
  • Personally own and grow the top 10 accounts in the region
  • Drive net-new account acquisition and reactivate dormant accounts
  • Enforce CRM usage for visits, orders, and samples
