Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B field sales
- 2+ years managing a quota-carrying team
- Experience in cannabis, beverage, CPG, or a regulated three-tier distribution environment
- Deep familiarity with Northern California retail and dispensary landscape
- Fluency with CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Existing relationships with California licensed retailers and buyers
- Experience launching or scaling a brand within a distribution book
- Demonstrated success leading through change
Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly and quarterly revenue quotas for Northern California
- Submit weekly rolling 30/60/90-day forecasts
- Maintain 3x pipeline coverage across the team
- Conduct weekly field ride-alongs with reps
- Manage rep performance through 1:1s, scorecards, and evaluations
- Design and maintain written territory plans
- Personally own and grow the top 10 accounts in the region
- Drive net-new account acquisition and reactivate dormant accounts
- Enforce CRM usage for visits, orders, and samples
