Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, business, etc.)
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar sales leadership role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with cancer diagnostics tests and/or treatments.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
- 10+ Years of Relevant Sales Experience in Oncology/Urology (Strongly Preferred)
- Proficiency in SFDC CRM and Google Workspace (advantage)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor high-performing sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Account Executives (SAEs), providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Step in and drive orders and volume when required to cover territory gaps and regional target attainment.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to drive decision-making.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
