Requirements

- Experience in an agency setting is preferred
- Ability to source candidates
- Experience managing interview processes
- Experience conducting offer negotiations through close
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
- Natural, consultative style
- Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport
- Strong project management skills
- Native or bilingual English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Create talent acquisition strategy for respective hiring managers including needs analysis
- Source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels
- Manage the end to end talent acquisition process
- Evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Organize marketing campaigns on job boards, industry websites, and other applicant-facing channels
- Maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and manage candidate pipeline
- Develop relationships with key networks to broaden the applicant pool
- Meet with interested candidates to introduce them to the Charlie Health model and mission
