Responsibilities
- Partner deeply with leadership to design and deliver hiring strategies that meet business needs.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of roles for both Acorns and GoHenry.
- Source and build pipelines of uniquely talented, diverse candidates.
- Evaluate and enhance technical recruiting operations and interview structure.
- Serve as a thought partner to leadership by connecting recruiting insights to business outcomes.
- Mentor and guide team members.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build employer brand and scalable programs.
