Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operational excellence for a growing practitioner network
- Oversee practitioner performance and drive quality improvements
- Oversee complex complaints and escalations
- Own network engagement, including communications calendar and outbound activity
- Lead with clear decision-making and pragmatic delivery
- Be a subject matter expert on practitioner policies and platforms
- Deliver cross-functional roadmap initiatives
- Support the wider operations & commercial functions
