Responsibilities

  • Design and execute revenue strategies to improve conversion, sales cycles, and ACV.
  • Define rules of engagement, territory models, and account assignments.
  • Lead forecasting and pipeline inspection.
  • Improve end-to-end revenue processes from lead routing to renewal.
  • Deploy AI-powered workflows for lead research, scoring, and routing.
  • Own GTM tech stack, ensuring data integrity and automation.
  • Build dashboards to surface KPIs for pipeline, bookings, and churn.
  • Lead high-impact cross-functional projects like system migrations or GTM launches.
