Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Technical Enablement, Post-Sales engagement, or Technical Program Management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Cloud Security principles and post-deployment troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Professional Services, Technical Support, or Customer Success teams.
  • Strong program management skills for cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to translate technical product specs into field-consumable documentation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience partnering with Product Management and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design programs to ensure post-sales team efficacy and customer adoption.
  • Translate new product introductions into actionable technical requirements and deployment guides.
  • Develop the technical toolkit including implementation playbooks and troubleshooting trees.
  • Manage the post-sales knowledge base, ensuring content remains current.
  • Serve as a strategic hub between leadership and content creation teams.
  • Facilitate key enablement training sessions.
  • Analyze support data and implementation success to drive continuous improvement.
