Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in Technical Enablement, Post-Sales engagement, or Technical Program Management.
- Advanced knowledge of Cloud Security principles and post-deployment troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Professional Services, Technical Support, or Customer Success teams.
- Strong program management skills for cross-functional projects.
- Ability to translate technical product specs into field-consumable documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience partnering with Product Management and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Design programs to ensure post-sales team efficacy and customer adoption.
- Translate new product introductions into actionable technical requirements and deployment guides.
- Develop the technical toolkit including implementation playbooks and troubleshooting trees.
- Manage the post-sales knowledge base, ensuring content remains current.
- Serve as a strategic hub between leadership and content creation teams.
- Facilitate key enablement training sessions.
- Analyze support data and implementation success to drive continuous improvement.
