Requirements
- Commercial, strategic credit leadership experience.
- Deep understanding of unsecured lending portfolios.
- Experience with credit card lifecycle management.
- Experience in zero-to-one or high-pace environments.
- Experience with portfolio management, risk-based pricing, and loss mitigation.
- Strong stakeholder management and storytelling capabilities.
- Proven track record of managing and developing analytical talent.
- Strong technical and data capabilities.
- Proficiency in SQL (must-have).
- Familiarity with Python and Looker (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Build and oversee performance frameworks to monitor and forecast risk and revenue metrics.
- Architect and optimize an ongoing risk-based pricing program.
- Design and deploy credit strategies for lifecycle events like upgrades and engagement incentives.
- Develop proactive loss mitigation frameworks including credit limit strategies.
- Manage, coach, and scale a team of 3 credit analysts.
- Serve as the embedded credit expert within a multi-disciplinary squad.
- Translate complex data into narratives for executive-level stakeholders.
