Requirements
- 5+ years in program operations or delivery management
- Experience managing 1-3 layers of actively deployed reports for 2+ years
- Demonstrated ability to direct large Zoom rooms of 500+ participants
- Proven experience managing multiple programs serving hundreds or thousands of learners across formats
- Expert level Zoom skills
- Proficiency in Asana, Github, Notion, and gSuite
- Excellent judgment on staffing, budget, and program design under constraints
- Experience using data for early problem detection
Responsibilities
- Lead teams comprised 1-2 layers of reports
- Own direct reports’ successful development
- Provide functional decision guardrails for staffing, budget, and program scope
- Partner with the Senior Director of Learning on capacity planning and seasonal staffing
- Own end-to-end program delivery across formats
- Track course and curriculum intent, mapping to real-time decisions
- Author playbooks, workflows, and run plans
- Troubleshoot workflows, data flows, and personnel SOPs
- Quality check program formats and local setup
