How We Work

CodePath is a fully remote organization, allowing you to work from anywhere in the U.S. Some engineering roles extend this flexibility to Europe, Canada, or LATAM. Engineering at CodePath

Our custom platform powers a multi-step admissions process and a dynamic learning management system. We also manage a custom gradebook and robust student support systems. We are actively developing new projects using Ruby on Rails and Django. Our team builds an AI companion to guide students through their CodePath journey. You will work with AI leaders from Microsoft, Google, and OpenAI. We embrace an AI-native mentality in our daily engineering work. We are modernizing our infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible. You will solve scaling challenges as we grow from 40,000 to 100,000 students annually.
