Senior Partnership Manager, Higher Education

Run a deliberate expansion plan for each partner, moving from a single course toward full-department adoption.
Build and mobilize champions among faculty and department chairs to integrate CodePath into curricula.
Make the case for CodePath's curriculum, technical rigor, and student outcomes to a CS faculty audience.
Own renewals across accounts and keep partners engaged throughout each term.
Build relationships across the full campus map, including faculty, department chairs, deans, and administrators.
Track partner health and program performance, identifying churn risks early.
Partner with Learning and Delivery teams to ensure smooth program implementation.
Strengthen partnership lifecycle planning and tracking processes.

Engineering at CodePath

Our custom platform powers a multi-step admissions process and a dynamic learning management system. We also manage a custom gradebook and robust student support systems. We are actively developing new projects using Ruby on Rails and Django. Our team builds an AI companion to guide students through their CodePath journey. You will work with AI leaders from Microsoft, Google, and OpenAI. We embrace an AI-native mentality in our daily engineering work. We are modernizing our infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible. You will solve scaling challenges as we grow from 40,000 to 100,000 students annually.
