Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Vendor Management, Business Development, Account Management, or a related function.
- Previous experience in iGaming, fintech, or another technology-driven industry.
- At least 2 years of experience leading and developing teams.
- Extensive practical experience in negotiating partnership agreements and commercial terms.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the company's partnership function and oversee relationships with strategic vendors, technology providers, and business partners.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to support product and operational goals.
- Manage key commercial relationships and negotiate partnership agreements.
- Optimize partner performance and build scalable processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams.
- Maintain long-term business relationships with senior stakeholders.
