Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Vendor Management, Business Development, Account Management, or a related function.
  • Previous experience in iGaming, fintech, or another technology-driven industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading and developing teams.
  • Extensive practical experience in negotiating partnership agreements and commercial terms.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the company's partnership function and oversee relationships with strategic vendors, technology providers, and business partners.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to support product and operational goals.
  • Manage key commercial relationships and negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Optimize partner performance and build scalable processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams.
  • Maintain long-term business relationships with senior stakeholders.
