Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B environments in Sales, Account Management, Service Delivery, or Growth
- Fluent English (C1–C2, both written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of market research and data analysis
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Experience using AI-driven tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Emotional intelligence and resilience
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Manage full business development cycle from lead generation to closing
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and draft contracts
- Use AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
- Identify, qualify and manage the pipeline of leads via inbound and outbound channels
- Build relationships with potential clients and stakeholders
- Track and report on personal KPIs consistently and accurately
- Collaborate with the team on strategic tasks and objectives
- Gather and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement
