Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1–C2, both written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of market research and data analysis
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Experience using AI-driven tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Emotional intelligence and resilience
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Manage full business development cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and draft contracts
  • Use AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
  • Identify, qualify and manage the pipeline of leads via inbound and outbound channels
  • Build relationships with potential clients and stakeholders
  • Track and report on personal KPIs consistently and accurately
