- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience selling to healthcare providers, payers, or HCPs
- Demonstrated ability to build new commercial structures
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset
- Experience operating in regulated healthcare environments
- Strong commercial judgment and strategic execution
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and events
Responsibilities
- Lead and build the Hilo Professional commercial function
- Own strategy, growth, partnerships, and execution
- Establish commercial processes, forecasting, and reporting
- Build and lead a commercial team
- Manage a live pipeline and close high-value partnerships
- Drive revenue targets and commercial decision-making
- Build and scale healthcare professional activation programs
- Collaborate with Product, Medical, Scientific, and Marketing teams
