  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset
  • Experience operating in regulated healthcare environments
  • Strong commercial judgment and strategic execution
  • Ability to travel for customer meetings and events

  • Lead and build the Hilo Professional commercial function
  • Own strategy, growth, partnerships, and execution
  • Establish commercial processes, forecasting, and reporting
  • Build and lead a commercial team
  • Manage a live pipeline and close high-value partnerships
  • Drive revenue targets and commercial decision-making
  • Build and scale healthcare professional activation programs
  • Collaborate with Product, Medical, Scientific, and Marketing teams
