Requirements
- Track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams in competitive, complex, enterprise or upmarket SaaS environments.
- Proven strategic closing experience in tech, SaaS, and/or billing/payments.
- Demonstrable success driving revenue growth across both new business and expansion motions.
- Deep segment fluency in the world of web-native and app-native SaaS scale-ups.
- GTM architecture skills: built territory strategies, influenced pipeline generation, and run cross-functional GTM programmes.
- Strategic value selling credentials: sell business outcomes, not features.
- Operator mindset: ability to build coaching frameworks and run complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Collaborative leadership style with cross-functional teams like CS, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Legal.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a territory development strategy for EMEA.
- Act as the glue in a cross-functional go-to-market effort across marketing, events, partnerships, and solutions engineering.
- Create repeatable, scalable playbooks for new business and portfolio expansion.
- Take full accountability for EMEA Upmarket bookings and revenue targets.
- Run own strategic deals in parallel with leading the team.
- Coach and develop team in multi-threaded, executive-level selling.
- Drive execution: structured qualification, commercial discipline, and close plans.
- Partner with farming AEs and CSMs to execute expansion within existing accounts.
- Represent the voice of the EMEA upmarket customer internally to influence product roadmap.
