- Own the architecture and technical roadmap for key pieces of Jampp's data infrastructure.
- Design and implement ETL processes with a focus on scalability, incrementality, and maintainability.
- Partner with Data Scientists and engineers to design scalable data models and pipelines supporting real-time ML infrastructure.
- Drive data consistency and reliability standards across systems and machine learning inputs.
- Identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks through benchmarking and architectural solutions.
- Build and evolve internal tools and frameworks for data access and transformations.
- Mentor and coach mid-level and junior engineers as a technical reference point.
- Contribute to technical decision-making around tooling and infrastructure choices.
