- Experience managing deals of various sizes
- Ability to build relationships with executive-level stakeholders
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with value-based sales methodologies
Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire a world-class team of sellers
- Manage and enable sellers to hit productivity metrics
- Develop regional account strategy
- Partner with Sales Engineering for product demos and POCs
- Build customer relationships for retention, upsell, and renewals
- Forecast revenue to executive leadership
- Manage and develop channel partner relationships
- Identify and close new business at the executive level
