Requirements
- Experience in leadership roles within sales, business development, or commercial functions
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing complex deals in defence or miltech
- Strong experience working with government clients, tenders, and long sales cycles
- Experience leading and scaling sales or business development teams
- High level of ownership, accountability, and results orientation
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills at senior levels
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the Business Development function and its results
- Lead, develop, and scale the sales and business development teams
- Define strategy, set ambitious goals, track KPIs, and ensure consistent performance delivery
- Drive revenue growth and expand the company's presence in domestic and international markets
- Lead high-level negotiations with government agencies, ministries of defence, and major corporate clients
- Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships and international collaborations
- Develop and execute market entry strategies for new regions
- Establish, manage, and scale distributor, agent, and partner networks
- Personally contribute to key deals, including preparation of commercial proposals and participation in tenders
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
