Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programmes.
- Background in a technology services firm, consultancy, or fast-scaling product organization.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional change programmes.
- Experience in workforce planning and talent strategy.
- Exposure to AI, ML, or AI-native engineering concepts.
- Exceptional programme management capabilities.
- Strong data literacy to interpret workforce and transformation metrics.
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to influence at C-suite level.
Responsibilities
- Establish clear programme structures, governance frameworks, and operating rhythms.
- Own the integrated programme plan across all TO workstreams.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and milestones for transformation projects.
- Provide executive-level reporting on progress, blockers, and strategic decisions.
- Define and embed change management practices across the business.
- Partner with Delivery, People & Talent, GTM, shared services, and Executive teams.
