- Experience in workforce planning and talent strategy.
- Exposure to AI, ML, or AI-native engineering concepts.
- Exceptional programme management capability.
- Strategic thinking with operational discipline.
- Strong data literacy skills.
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience engaging and influencing at C-suite level.
Responsibilities
- Establish clear programme structures, governance frameworks, and operating rhythms.
- Own the integrated programme plan across all TO workstreams.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and milestones.
- Provide executive-level reporting on progress and blockers.
- Define and embed change management practices.
- Lead workforce planning and talent strategy.
- Support the establishment of an AI CoE in Ireland.
