- Make tough prioritisation calls across subscription management, churn prevention, and merchant customisation.
- Lead product strategy for dunning, payment recovery, and proactive retention interventions.
- Define and deliver a customisation layer for branding, language, and flow configuration.
- Own KPIs such as retention rate, involuntary churn, and offer conversion.
- Conduct independent data analysis to form hypotheses and recommendations.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives from discovery to launch.
- Align senior stakeholders including Exco and Sales leadership around retention strategy.
