Requirements
- 5+ years leading enterprise IT services sales
- Consistent track record as a top performer in sales leadership roles
- Proven ability to close high-value, complex deals
- Deep knowledge of the IT outsourcing/nearshore industry
- Domain expertise in FinTech, Healthcare, Manufacturing, E-commerce, or Hospitality
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to travel internationally for strategic meetings and client visits
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the growth strategy across new business, existing accounts, and partnerships
- Drive new business revenue generation and meet assigned annual sales quotas
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable a cross-functional team
- Develop relationships with key buyers and decision makers
- Own forecasting, KPI reporting, and BD budget planning
- Shape Intellectsoft’s positioning and messaging in target markets
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships and referral channels
- Lead the pre-sales process with engineering and delivery leads
