Requirements

  • 5+ years leading enterprise IT services sales
  • Consistent track record as a top performer in sales leadership roles
  • Proven ability to close high-value, complex deals
  • Deep knowledge of the IT outsourcing/nearshore industry
  • Domain expertise in FinTech, Healthcare, Manufacturing, E-commerce, or Hospitality
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to travel internationally for strategic meetings and client visits

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the growth strategy across new business, existing accounts, and partnerships
  • Drive new business revenue generation and meet assigned annual sales quotas
  • Lead, coach, and hold accountable a cross-functional team
  • Develop relationships with key buyers and decision makers
  • Own forecasting, KPI reporting, and BD budget planning
  • Shape Intellectsoft’s positioning and messaging in target markets
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships and referral channels
  • Lead the pre-sales process with engineering and delivery leads
