Requirements
- 2+ years of experience driving operational and efficiency improvements.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL.
- Advanced data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Mastery of advanced Google Sheets/Excel formulas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work alongside diverse teams from mechanics to senior leaders.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving ability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (preferred).
- Experience optimizing warehouse, logistics, or repair operations (preferred).
- Experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth tech or transportation environment (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain user-friendly dashboards and data visualizations.
- Develop and standardize new operational and quality metrics globally.
- Act as the go-to analytical partner for Repair Operations.
- Proactively monitor operational data trends and surface risks.
- Identify bottlenecks and spearhead initiatives to optimize warehouse utilization.
- Collaborate with local operations, mechanics, data scientists, and product managers.
- Lead presentations and documentation to influence senior operational leaders.
