Requirements
- Experience as an early operations hire in a scaling firm, preferably professional services.
- Demonstrated history of building SOPs before managing others.
- Direct experience managing EOR providers across 3+ countries, including high-complexity markets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team.
- Strong financial literacy in Excel, including utilization, invoicing, and expenses.
- Experience working in a PSA platform such as Certinia, Kantata, or HaloPSA.
- Exposure to employment law and contract review.
- Experience in start-up or early-stage business environments.
- High level of organizational skill across multiple workstreams and time zones.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end consultant lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Manage multi-country compliance and EOR provider relationships.
- Handle visa and right-to-work processes and payroll accuracy.
- Manage client escalations and vendor/IT infrastructure.
- Coordinate invoicing alongside RevOps.
- Administer PSA platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three.
- Serve as the primary escalation point between delivery and the CEO.
