Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Exposure to SaaS or consumption-based business models.
- Strong data skills; SQL fluency is a must.
- Financial modeling capabilities in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Comfort working with large datasets and translating outputs into business insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial data flows.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Finance, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner from Finance to Product, Engineering, and GTM functions.
- Model the financial impact of strategic initiatives and support investment decisions.
- Track and analyze KPIs across Product and GTM to drive business performance.
- Support annual planning and monthly forecast and variance review cycles.
- Partner with leadership to accurately forecast the business and measure performance.
- Collaborate with Accounting on revenue recognition, commissions, and expense allocation.
- Synthesize financial results and KPIs for executive and board reporting.
