Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service experience and cold calling prospects
  • Strong listening, clear communication, and persuasive storytelling skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls
  • Results-oriented with a focus on conversion rates
  • Basic insurance knowledge (HMO, PPO, Medicare Advantage)
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRMs, EMRs, and Google Suite
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to navigate concerns and handle objections
  • Prior experience in sales, retail, medical office, or senior living preferred

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to connect with prospective patients and insurance leads
  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, web, or other channels
  • Schedule and guide patients on clinic tours
  • Represent Greenbrook at community events
  • Coordinate new patient PCP appointments and paperwork
  • Assist with medical record transfers
  • Document all outreach, calls, and follow-ups in CRM and EHR
  • Track outcomes to improve engagement strategies
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance
