Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service experience and cold calling prospects
- Strong listening, clear communication, and persuasive storytelling skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls
- Results-oriented with a focus on conversion rates
- Basic insurance knowledge (HMO, PPO, Medicare Advantage)
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRMs, EMRs, and Google Suite
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to navigate concerns and handle objections
- Prior experience in sales, retail, medical office, or senior living preferred
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to connect with prospective patients and insurance leads
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, web, or other channels
- Schedule and guide patients on clinic tours
- Represent Greenbrook at community events
- Coordinate new patient PCP appointments and paperwork
- Assist with medical record transfers
- Document all outreach, calls, and follow-ups in CRM and EHR
- Track outcomes to improve engagement strategies
- Ensure HIPAA compliance
