Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service experience and cold calling prospects
  • Experience in sales, retail, medical office, or senior living preferred
  • Ability to perform high-volume outbound calls
  • Strong listening and persuasive communication skills
  • Understanding of insurance types including HMO, PPO, and Medicare Advantage
  • Tech-savvy: proficient with CRM, EMR, and Google Suite
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to connect with prospective patients and insurance leads
  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, web, or other channels
  • Schedule and guide patients on clinic tours
  • Represent Greenbrook at community events
  • Coordinate new patient PCP appointments and paperwork completion
  • Assist with transferring medical records
  • Keep accurate records in CRM, EHR, and other tools
  • Track outcomes to measure success and improve engagement strategies
