Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service experience and cold calling prospects
- Experience in sales, retail, medical office, or senior living preferred
- Ability to perform high-volume outbound calls
- Strong listening and persuasive communication skills
- Understanding of insurance types including HMO, PPO, and Medicare Advantage
- Tech-savvy: proficient with CRM, EMR, and Google Suite
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to connect with prospective patients and insurance leads
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, web, or other channels
- Schedule and guide patients on clinic tours
- Represent Greenbrook at community events
- Coordinate new patient PCP appointments and paperwork completion
- Assist with transferring medical records
- Keep accurate records in CRM, EHR, and other tools
- Track outcomes to measure success and improve engagement strategies
