Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Comfortable presenting and demoing software products to business stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple active pilots or evaluations concurrently
- Genuine curiosity about technology and business problems
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fully remote environment
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver tailored product demos that speak to prospect needs and business context
- Handle technical and product questions from prospects
- Maintain demo environments and evaluation materials
- Contribute to business case and proposal responses
- Own the end-to-end user/account experience for prospects during their pilot period
- Define pilot success metrics and track progress
- Build and maintain reusable materials including demo scripts, onboarding guides, and FAQs
- Define, track, and report on pre-sales and pilot performance metrics
