Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Comfortable presenting and demoing software products to business stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple active pilots or evaluations concurrently
  • Genuine curiosity about technology and business problems
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fully remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver tailored product demos that speak to prospect needs and business context
  • Handle technical and product questions from prospects
  • Maintain demo environments and evaluation materials
  • Contribute to business case and proposal responses
  • Own the end-to-end user/account experience for prospects during their pilot period
  • Define pilot success metrics and track progress
  • Build and maintain reusable materials including demo scripts, onboarding guides, and FAQs
  • Define, track, and report on pre-sales and pilot performance metrics
