Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales programs, GTM strategy, business operations, or sales enablement.
  • Experience in SaaS or the technology industry.
  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong program and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Outcome-oriented, analytical, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and manage targeted sales programs aligned to Global Sales priorities.
  • Partner with sales leaders to identify and prioritize initiatives that accelerate revenue growth and improve sales productivity.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, P&C, Customer Success, and Enablement.
  • Measure program performance against KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimize impact.
  • Support adoption of new priorities through effective change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
