Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales programs, GTM strategy, business operations, or sales enablement.
- Experience in SaaS or the technology industry.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Outcome-oriented, analytical, and adaptable.
Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage targeted sales programs aligned to Global Sales priorities.
- Partner with sales leaders to identify and prioritize initiatives that accelerate revenue growth and improve sales productivity.
- Lead cross-functional coordination across Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, P&C, Customer Success, and Enablement.
- Measure program performance against KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimize impact.
- Support adoption of new priorities through effective change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
