Requirements

  • Experience in HR Operations or Employee Benefits, ideally delivering PEO services.
  • Obsessed with providing an excellent customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with tech tools for administration and support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide delightful support to Employees and Clients regarding benefits including pricing, coverage, claims, and enrollment.
  • Manage benefits invoicing and billing processes.
  • Process and solve tickets and escalations using Zendesk.
  • Execute data-related tasks with high precision.
  • Define, detail, and execute on Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Analyze customer needs and deliver solutions within the Benefits team.
  • Maintain operations process documentation and identify automation opportunities.
  • Research and document knowledge systematically in Notion.
